EMPLOYEES

The manager Jill Shepherd is a Registered General nurse with extensive years of experience in care management and care welfare. She has the Registered Manager Award and keeps updated by attending various courses which are appropriate to her role. Angela is supported by two deputies who have management qualifications, as well as well-trained care ancillary staff.

We pride ourselves on commitment given to the home by our dedicated team of staff.

Training is available and encouraged for all of our staff, as we recognize that a well-trained workforce provides a quality service and excellent standard of care.

All senior employees are qualified to NVQ level 3 in health and social Care and hold a Management Qualification.

All our care staff have, or are working towards, NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care.

Catering staff are qualified to NVQ level 2 in catering and Hospitality.
